The frequency of Pilates Reformer sessions largely depends on individual goals, fitness levels, and schedules. However, for most people, 2 to 3 times per week is considered optimal for seeing consistent improvement in strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
It's important to listen to your body, as adequate rest is essential for recovery and avoiding injury.
Do you have a specific goal in mind or a current routine you’re following? I’d be happy to help you tailor it!
